Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color, fine and very persistent perlage. It has a nice bouquet, fruity and flowery, with delicate scent of golden apple and pineapple and white peach. The taste is fragrant, fresh, aromatic and well balanced with a clean finish, rich of fresh tropical fruit notes.

Food pairing: Enjoy by itself as an aperitif, with sushi or your favorite grilled fish.
