Distilled from Roero red grape pomace using bain-marie pot stills, it is known for its intense, crystal-clear purity, aromatic complexity, and long, warm finish. 

Marolo Grappa di Barolo is a premium Italian pomace brandy from Piedmont, distilled from Nebbiolo grapes used for Barolo wine. It is known for its intense amber color, rich aromas of spice, tobacco, and dried fruit, and a smooth, warm palate developed through aging in oak barriques.
