Calyptra Vivendo Reserve Pinot Noir
Beautiful and delicate ruby red color wine. On the nose this Pinot Noir displays a nice aromatic intensity that evokes cherries and flowers, with elegance and typicity on the nose. On the palate it is clean, well balanced with soft rounded tannins and a good level of acidity. Crisp and refined in the middle mouth, with a fruity character intermingled with smoky notes from the barrel aging.
A well-rounded wine with good persistence and an enjoyable finish, a very good example of a clean and classic Pinot Noir.

Beautiful dark red color with ruby-red highlights. Subtle on the nose, with a big range of aromas that shows an amazing complexity, showcasing red fruit such as cherry, plums, cassis, and raspberry. A powerful wine with very good level of soft and rounded tannins. Elegant wine with very well defined character. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced, full-bodied and superbly voluptuous with extremely fine, firm, and sweet tannins.
Its outstanding acidity gives the wine a youthful, refreshing feeling. Its structure will keep this wine for at least 20 years.

Calyptra Grand Reserve Assemblage
Grape Varietals: 67% Syrah, 33% Merlot
Vinification: The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, gently pressed and then fermented in 2,500 liter stainless steel tanks. Then aged in 225 liter French Oak barrels form the Allier and Tronçais forests for 26 months.
Tasting Notes: A wine with a beautiful dark ruby-red color with violet highlights. Outstanding fruit with a nose full of red berries, black cherry, black pepper, hints of violets. Those elements come through on the palate with fresh black and red fruit, revealing a full-bodied wine.
This wine opens generously, very silky and lush on the palate. In mid palate, it is round and velvety with very fine tannins and the excellent acidity enhance its liveliness and balance.
Decanting is recommended for at least 1 hour. It has a cellaring potential of 10 to 15 years.
Pairing: Roasted meats, BBQ, heavy dishes
