Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hands. De-stemming, crush in contact with the skins at controlled temperature. 2nd fermentation. Maloactic fermentation and 6 months before bottling. The short maceration gives freshness and livelihood to the wine.
Tasting notes: Medium intensity with a brilliant ruby red color. The nose presents fresh red fruits such as cherries, raspberries. Pretty floral notes of violets. The palate is medium to full bodied with a good structure and soft tannins that pleasantly cleans the mouth.
Food pairings: warm appetizers, to pasta dishes with ragù sauces, and lighter main courses.
