Tasting Notes:  Ruby red enriched from violet shimmers. Luxuriant perfume remembering the ripe cherries and the plum with pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla.

Wine from a remarkable structure, soft for the presence of sweet tannins. Ash like scent which pairs well with a vareity of dishes.

Food pairing: Lamb meat, game with elaborate sauces, mature cheeses.
