Extremely Limited Quantities

Named after the prolific Persian poet, Rumi, also known as Molana or ‘our teacher’, this wine was produced from the ancient Persian varietal Rasheh, grown in high elevation vineyards (1,480m) on volcanic soil in Iran, and vinified in Armenia. The wine resembles its namesake emphasis on purity and elegance. It is fresh and playful on the palate with a strong sense of provenance due to the terroir the grapes were grown in.

Vinification: Native yeast fermentation followed by a 40 day maceration to preserve the uniqueness of the grape variety.
