Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hands. De-stemming, crush in contact with the skins at controlled temperature. 2nd fermentation. Maloactic fermentation and 6 months before bottling. The short maceration  gives freshness and livelihood to the wine.

Tasting notes: Medium intensity with a brilliant ruby red color. The nose presents fresh red fruits such as cherries, raspberries. Pretty floral notes of violets. The palate is medium to full bodied with a good structure and soft tannins that pleasantly cleans the mouth.

Food pairings: warm appetizers, to pasta dishes with ragù sauces, and lighter main courses.

The Scagliola Giacomo Langhe D.O.C. Nebbiolo “Racconti” is a 100% Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont, Italy, characterized as a smooth, approachable red. It features ~14.5% alcohol, with manual harvest in early October, aging for 12 months in steel tanks, and displays notes of violet, strawberry, and licorice, offering structured yet accessible tannins.

Scagliola Giacomo Si Fa Sol is a premium, aromatic Moscato d’Asti DOCG (specifically from the Canelli subzone) from Piedmont, Italy. It is a sweet, light-bodied (5.2-5.8% ABV) frizzante wine characterized by intense aromas of white flowers, peach, sage, and musk. Made from 100% Moscato Bianco, it offers a sweet yet balanced, aromatic, and lingering taste with fine bubbles.
