Grapes: Grolleau, Cabernet Franc and Gamay, age 18 years on average.

WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS: A beautiful pink dress, Jade Or has fine elegant bubbles. Its strawberry and red fruits aromas add in to the complexity of the product; all with a beautiful long finish in the palate and a delicacy of the aromas.

Domaine Malidain J’M Sparkling Chardonnay

Grape varietal: 100% Chardonnay
Soil & Vinification: On gently rising slopes in the village of la Limouzinière. Average altitude 35 to 40 meters. Dark scarcely fertile soil on dark red amphibolite green rocks. Cold static rackling during 24 or 36 hours.
Method Traditionelle
Winemaker’s comments: A beautiful yellow color, this pure Chardonnay is made using traditional methods. Well balanced, crisp and very fine bubbles. It will put many Champagnes to shame!!
Ideal before, after or during a meal… From aperitif to the dessert!

Domaine Malidain Muscadet Sensation
White
Grape varietal: ‘’Melon de Bourgogne’’, age 20 years on average.
Vinification: Cold static rackling during 24 or 36 hours. Controlled fermentation between 15° and 20° for minimum 15 days, wines subject to ‘’breeding the lees’’ several times between November and December
Tasting notes: Also vinified “Sur Lie”, our Muscadet is limpid, thin nose and floral bouquet. Beautiful roundness and freshness.
Pairing: They can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with oysters, fresh seafood or cheese. Our Muscadet are the “Incontournable” best bet for Sushi lovers!!

La Petite Sauvage Sauvignon Blanc

Not all Sauvignons Blancs are born equal. While Sancerre has an internationally acclaimed prestigious recognition, Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most enjoyed grape in the world. “Petite Sauvage” in French “Little Savage” sauvignon Blanc offers the same quality and characteristics of a Sancerre without paying the high price of Sancerre!
Grape varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes: Golden color with green hues. Extensive array of aromas ranging from apricot fruits to passion fruit. Richer and rounder than a classic sauvignon Blanc, “Petite Sauvage” is finishing on a character of both ripe and very refreshing fruit. Balanced acidity and beautiful mouthful length. A must have!
Pairing: Ceviche, all kinds of seafood. Extraordinary with sushi or simply a wine to sip by the pool.

Domaine de la Tonnellerie Sancerre

Grape Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: Appetizing flavors of ripe gooseberries and blackcurrants are beautifully balances by the wine’s natural acidity. A rich style underpinned by refreshing minerality. The delicate mineral notes of chalk and slate with good citrus and melon in the nose stand out. The wine is quite floral and high toned in the nose while having a rich and full-bodied middle.
Pairing: Fairly rich in the middle with nice snap. Firm acidity brace this wine so that it will stand up to and marry well with fish, shellfish and goat cheese.

Vinification: Pellicular maceration of 12 hours. Cold static rackling during 24 or 36 hours.
Winemaker’s Comments: Slightly golden with green reflections, its strong aromas are characterized by mineral notes ending in a clear mouth with great aromatic persistence.
Pairing: Our Sauvignon blanc is preferably enjoyed with fish but also with dry cheeses.

Domaine Malidain Chardonnay

Vinification: Pellicular maceration for 12 hours. Cold static rackling during 24 or 36 hours. Controlled fermentation between 15° and 20° for minimum 15 days, Malolactic fermentation on a part of the volume, and blending after filter.
Tasting notes: Slightly golden with green reflections, its aromas are characterized by mineral notes ending with great aromatic persistence in the palate.
Pairing: Our Chardonnay is preferably enjoyed with fish in sauces (lobster, American monkfish), but also with grilled eel, octopus and any prepared seafood.

Grape varietals: 100% Viognier
Tasting notes: Ageing in natural concret ovoïd vat, that provide natural micro-oxygenation and movement of the lees. Several spirrings of lees. Full-bodied white wine. Perfumed aromas of peach, tangerine and honeysuckle. Concrete egg aged which gives it an added rich and creamy taste with hints of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is off-dry with peachy aromas, subtle bitterness almost like crunching into a fresh rose petal. Notes of an oily sensation on the middle of the tongue which is a characteristic of wines made with this grape.
Pairing: Roasted chicken, chicken curry, quails and pork chops. Halibut, sea bass & lobster make the perfect companion. With Cheeses: Fondue, farmer’s cheese, comté, baked brie with Apricots, gruyere, young sheep’s milk cheeses are all the best combination with this succulent Viognier.

Jardin En Fleur-Loire Vouvray Demi Sec
