Appellation: Valencia D.O. Spain

Grape varietals: 60% Malvasia, 35% Merseguera, 5% Tempranillo

Tasting Notes: Light strawberry color, clean and bright with thin and persistent bubbles. The nose is very floral and refreshing with elegant fruity aromas.

The palate is well balanced with good acidity. Tasty and pleasant. The finish lingers in the mouth with complex aromas of berries.

Food pairing: Excellent by itself as an aperitif. Great with salad and raw veggies. Strawberries and desert a must.
